I would like to let you know...you are super heroes without capes. I am so glad I found your website and I absolutely love the material and the tweaks I can make ie. use some in class, some as homework, additional research - the conversation diversification onto other topics. The clean format versions and A4 which I send to students in case we are disconnected. Although the use of Tiktok is sometimes annoying cos I am too cool for skool and I am a dinosaur and do not like or access it. I will definitely be recommending and renewing my subscription and all my students love your topics and JFI levels B2/C1/C2 are my target audience. I have a subscription for another website too but I think your content and additional tools/website is bloody marvellous and you are going to be stuck with me forever :)

What payment methods are available? +
We accept all major global credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Availability may vary by country due to international payment processing restrictions.
Which currencies can I use for my subscription? +
Prices are set in USD, but since we are registered in Ukraine, the charge is processed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). Your bank or card will convert it at the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
When will my betterclass subscription be charged? +
If you're on the monthly plan, you're charged on the same date each month as when you signed up. For example, subscribing on the 5th means you're charged on the 5th every month. Annual and team plans are charged once a year instead, on your sign up anniversary.
How long does the subscription last, and how is it renewed? +
Your subscription remains active for as long as you choose to keep it and is automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel your subscription by going to My account > Subscription in your account settings. Once canceled, you will still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Why is my content still locked even though I paid? +
Check you're logged into the same account you subscribed with. It's easy to end up with two or three accounts without realizing it. If it's still locked after that, reach out to us and we'll sort it out.
Why isn't my payment going through? +
The most common issue is restrictions on your end. Please review the error message displayed on the screen and contact your bank to ensure they aren't blocking the transaction. You can also try using a different card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to complete the order. If none of these options work, don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll provide alternative manual payment options.
Can I share my subscription with others? +
Our team plan is built for exactly that, giving each teacher their own login instead of one shared account. Sharing a personal subscription breaks our terms and will result in a permanent account suspension, so it's worth switching before that happens.
Can I add or remove teachers from my team plan later? +
Yes, you can add or remove teachers yourself from your master account, and your team plan's billing updates automatically to match.
Can I request a custom lesson? +
Yes! If you're on the Annual plan, you can request up to 3 custom lessons per year. Just tell us the topic, level, and type of activity you need. Don't forget to include a reference (like a video, article, or anything you'd like the lesson to be based on).
